  • Use Helios after cleansing and before oils or creams. It is the bridge between cleansing and nourishment.

  • The hydrosol provides the formula’s botanical water and aromatic character. Laboratory research has measured antioxidant activity in Helichrysum italicum hydrosol. Aloe and glycerin support hydration, niacinamide supports the moisture barrier, and 3-glyceryl ascorbate contributes stable vitamin C antioxidant support.

  • After cleansing, sweep over the face and neck with a cotton pad, avoiding the eye area. Follow with Pneuma and your chosen Elia oil, elixir, or moisturizer.

  • Use after Katharsi or Thalassa, then follow with Pneuma and Oraia, Theolado, or Kallisti.
